By accessing or using Sellineor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or data belonging to Sellineor or other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to generate, promote, or facilitate illegal products, counterfeit goods, regulated items without proper authorization, or harmful content.
• Abuse AI features through prompt injection, automated bulk requests beyond plan limits, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-verified facts, guaranteed financial results, or professional legal, tax, or investment advice.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute raw Service outputs or API access without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your billing portal or as otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

We may change plan features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice. Free-tier and promotional access may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Sellineor uses artificial intelligence, automated scoring, and third-party market signals to suggest product opportunities, analyses, comparisons, marketing angles, and related insights. All outputs are informational and exploratory only.

• AI recommendations may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
• Scores, confidence levels, and agent reports are algorithmic estimates — not verified market research or due diligence.
• You are solely responsible for validating products, suppliers, compliance requirements, trademarks, patents, import/export rules, and platform policies before launching or selling.
• Sellineor does not guarantee that any recommended product will be profitable, trending, available, or permitted on your chosen sales channel.

Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for your own business judgment, professional advisors, or independent market validation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. SELLINEOR DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, LEGAL, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE.

We make no representations or warranties regarding revenue projections, profit margins, market size, competition levels, trend durability, supplier reliability, advertising performance, or regulatory compliance. Any examples, scores, or forecasts are illustrative and may not reflect actual outcomes.

You assume full responsibility for business decisions, capital allocation, inventory purchases, advertising spend, and compliance obligations arising from your use of the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, scoring models, and proprietary workflows, is owned by Sellineor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use submitted content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service, including training internal quality systems and maintaining the Product Intelligence Database, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated outputs may not be unique. Similar outputs may be provided to other users. You are responsible for ensuring your commercial use of outputs does not infringe third-party rights.

Certain features depend on third-party APIs and data providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Trends, YouTube Data API, Pinterest API, and ecommerce intelligence sources. Your use of Sellineor is also subject to the acceptable use policies and terms of those providers where applicable.

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates third-party API terms, exceeds licensed quotas, or misattributes data sources. We may throttle, suspend, or modify integrations if required by a provider or to protect platform stability.

API keys, credentials, and server-side integration secrets are our confidential information. You must not attempt to extract, reuse, or proxy them outside the authorized Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLINEOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sellineor is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support.sellineor@gmail.com and attempt to resolve disputes informally within thirty (30) days.

Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts in the jurisdiction of Sellineor's principal place of business, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
